Warranty:
At Third Dimension, most of our products include a one year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in craftsmanship.
After Sales:
If for any reason you have an issue with your printer, one of our specialists will promptly help you resolve the issue. Contact Karlan@ThirdDimensionTexas.com if you have absolutely any concerns or issues, large or small, with your order.
Returns:
We accept returns on unused products minus any shipping cost incurred for initial delivery. The purchaser is responsible for return postage except in the extremely rare instance an unsolvable manufacturing defect was shipped.
Privacy:
We do not share or sell your information with any outside companies except for the explicit purpose of delivering you products directly connected to what you have ordered. Example: repair parts for warranty & shipping labels to carriers. We value your privacy.
Quality Control:
Packages at the warehouse are opened to verify they are appropriate for the US market and include the necessary parts. In addition to them being check from the factory before delivery to our warehouse.
